Do you have delivery?

Yes, we provide a delivery service both in Kharkiv and throughout the territory of Ukraine. Our clients can order the service when placing an order for a product. All you need to do is to specify the type of delivery and the place where your order should be delivered.

Can I pick up my order myself?

Yes of course. You can pick up the goods yourself from our store in the city of Kharkiv at the address: Hryhorivske Shosse, 88. 

Which carrier does your online store work with?

We work with the best transport companies of Ukraine. Small cargoes and orders are sent by the transport company "Meest Post"/"SAT", and we offer our customers favorable rates for delivery.

We deliver in Kharkov with our own cars, and additionally provide services of lifting to the floor, as well as assembling furniture.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the region to which your order needs to be delivered, whether the product is in stock and which payment method you have chosen. Ask the manager for a more accurate delivery time when confirming the order. You can also clarify delivery times by order number by calling our call center. The delivery time in Ukraine depends on the working schedule of the carrier "Meest Post"/"SAT", as well as on weather conditions, etc.

Terms of delivery

To ensure that your order is delivered safe and sound, we follow several rules:

The goods that we ship from the warehouse are delivered disassembled and only in factory packaging. You can pick up goods from the store exhibition only on the conditions of self-pickup (the assembled chairs are not disassembled, the cabinet furniture at your request, we can understand). Orders for goods "in stock" in the warehouse and from the "sale" category, placed before 14:00, are delivered in Kharkiv the next day. Goods "in stock" in the warehouse and from the "sale" category are shipped throughout Ukraine on the next day after the funds are credited to our company's account or on the day of order confirmation, subject to post-payment and registration by 2:00 p.m. For other product groups, delivery is carried out from 7 to 30 calendar days.
